Terms of Use

By using the RCA Membership Portal you agree to these terms. Effective October 20, 2026.

Membership. Membership in Rosemoor Community Association is open to people who care about the Rosemoor and Roseland community. Your account is personal. Please do not share your sign in or PIN with anyone, and keep your contact information current.

Dues, gifts and purchases. Membership is currently free. If dues begin, we will tell you the amount and date in advance. Gifts and brick purchases are processed securely by Square. Gifts to RCA are voluntary. RCA will send a written acknowledgment for any single gift of $250 or more, as the IRS requires. Refunds for dues, events and purchases are handled case by case at RCA’s discretion. Please contact us if there is a problem.

How we expect members to act. Treat other members, volunteers, staff and guests with respect. Do not use the portal to harass anyone, post false information, or try to reach records you are not allowed to see. Do not try to break or bypass the portal’s security.

What you can see. The portal shows you only what your role allows. Board and committee members must keep confidential anything marked confidential, including member information and board business.

Suspension and removal. RCA may pause or remove an account for good reason, such as breaking these terms or the bylaws. We will tell you why when we can. You can also ask us to close your account at any time.

Messages. We may send messages about your membership, events and RCA business. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

No guarantees. We work to keep the portal running and accurate, but it is provided as is, and RCA is not liable for lost access or data to the extent the law allows.

Changes. We may update these terms and will post the new version with a new date. Continuing to use the portal means you accept the update.
